| The aircraft [OB-1809] was approaching Pucallpa on a domestic flight from Lima with heavy thunderstorms in the vicinity of the airport when, shortly after 3:00pm local time it encountered windshear and heavy turbulence, and crashed onto a jungle-covered, dirt roadway approximately 2 miles from the runway at 3:06pm.
