The aircraft was departing runway 32 when, shortly after V1 speed, a strong thumping noise began to shake the airplane. The pilots aborted the takeoff, but the aircraft rolled approximately 400 feet beyond the runway 14 threshold, into a muddy field. The aircraft suffered substantial damage to the landing gear, as well as the engines.
