The aircraft (N1804; 'Caribbean Queen') overran runway 20R while landing after a cargo flight from Yokota, Japan in heavy rain. The DC-8 skidded some 300m beyond the runway 02L runway threshold, and came to rest with the landing gear collapsed, and significant structural damage to the fuselage and wing structure. The 3 pilots and one security officer aboard the aircraft were uninjured.
