The aircraft [G-YMMM], on a scheduled flight from Beijing, China to London, crash landed while carrying out on approach to runway 27L at London Heathrow Airport. The 777 touched down approximately 1000ft prior to the runway 27L threshold, and slid to a stop just to the right of the approach end of the runway. The Captain reported that he lost all engine and electrical power at approximately 500ft AGL while on approach.
