The aircraft [EP-SHE] touched down on runway 29L at Tehran at 10:15pm on a scheduled passenger flight from the Gulf city of Kish. Due to a failure of the aircraft's landing gear, the plane skidded off the runway into the Kan River. Three passengers were killed after falling into the river during evacuation.
