The aircraft's engines were being started for a maintenance engine run when the aircraft suddenly lurched forward and crashed through the terminal wall of Concourse C at the Newark International Airport. Two of the six maintenance workers on board were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Failure of the maintenance crew to set the parking brake prior to engine start.
