| Accident Description: | The aircraft was en route from Barcelona, Spain to Orán, Algeria when the crew contacted Valencia ATC to inform them about their intention to deviate around poor weather. This was the last contact with the aircraft. Debris was found in waters about 60 kilometers from the coastal city of Castellon on October 12. |
